Yes. International customers self-ship returns using a tracked and insured carrier. Pura Cashmere does not provide return labels for international orders, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Important notes for international returns:

• DDP duties and taxes are non-refundable. Where duties and taxes were collected at checkout, those amounts cannot be returned.
• DDP refusals: If a DDP shipment is refused and returned, the customer is responsible for the carrier's return and brokerage costs — these will be deducted from the refund.
• The $14.50 Restocking Fee applies to international refund returns. (Checkout+ is available on U.S. orders only.)
