Yes — Canadian orders are eligible for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are not available on Canadian orders.

Refunds carry the $14.50 restocking fee (Checkout+ is available on U.S. orders only); store credit is always free.

Ship your return with a tracked and insured carrier of your choice to the warehouse address shown in your portal confirmation — return labels are not provided for Canadian returns.

On the customs declaration, mark the shipment as returned U.S.-origin merchandise being returned to the seller and declare the original purchase value. Do not mark it as a gift or commercial sale — misdeclared packages may be delayed or refused at the border. Keep your tracking number until your refund or credit is issued.

Duties and taxes paid at checkout (DDP) are not refundable on Canadian returns.
