What happens if I refuse a shipment or it's marked undeliverable?Updated an hour ago

If a U.S. shipment is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an address issue, your refund may be reduced by the outbound shipping cost and any applicable Restocking Fee.

If we expedited a replacement to you as an exception (for a delayed or stuck shipment, for example) and the original is returned, the expedited shipping cost will be deducted.

This isn't punitive — it's to cover the actual carrier costs incurred. If you anticipate an issue with your delivery, reach out at [email protected] and we'll usually be able to help you reroute before it becomes a problem.
