A few common reasons:

• The code may have expired. Most promotional codes are time-limited.
• The code may not apply to your cart. Some codes exclude specific collections, sale items, Final Sale items, or pieces in our Clearance Collection.
• You may have entered the code incorrectly. Codes are typically case-sensitive — try copying and pasting from the original email.
• The minimum order requirement may not be met. Some codes require a minimum purchase amount.
• You may have already used the code. Welcome and one-time-use codes can only be applied once per customer.
