A couple of things to know about shipping and returns:

• Paid shipping charges aren't refundable. If you paid for 2-Day Air or Next Day Air, those charges are excluded from any refunded amount.
• Partial returns and the free-shipping threshold. If your order earned free standard shipping by reaching $150 and you return part of it so the kept portion falls below $150, the $10 standard shipping charge that would otherwise have applied is deducted from your refund.

Your prepaid return label itself is included as described above — free for store credit and your first exchange (your first two with Checkout+), and covered on refunds (a $14.50 restocking fee applies unless you have Checkout+).
