In rare cases, yes — a return may be rejected if it does not meet our return criteria.

To ensure your return is accepted:

• Items must be unworn, with tags still attached
• Items must be returned in their original Pura Cashmere storage bag
• Do not use the storage bag as the shipping container — it should be placed inside an outer mailer or box

We are unable to accept returns that:

• Are damaged due to improper packaging
• Have visible signs of wear, strong fragrance, makeup stains, or pet hair
• Cannot be restored to their original condition

While this is uncommon, we do reserve the right to reject any return if it does not meet the standards for restocking. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our garments in pristine condition for all customers.
