Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?Updated 5 days ago

If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, you may be able to cancel it directly through our website.

To attempt a cancellation:

  1. Open the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the screen
  2. Click on “Track and Manage My Orders”
  3. Enter the email or phone number associated with your order and click Submit
  4. You’ll receive a security code by email or SMS — enter it when prompted
  5. Your order history and current orders will appear
  6. Click the Cancel Order button next to your order
    • If the order has already been fulfilled, cancellation may no longer be possible — but you can still click the button and wait for a cancellation confirmation email.
    • If you don’t receive confirmation shortly, please email [email protected] to verify the status.

If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and initiate a return through our Return Center.
