Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?Updated 5 days ago
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, you may be able to cancel it directly through our website.
To attempt a cancellation:
- Open the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the screen
- Click on “Track and Manage My Orders”
- Enter the email or phone number associated with your order and click Submit
- You’ll receive a security code by email or SMS — enter it when prompted
- Your order history and current orders will appear
- Click the Cancel Order button next to your order
- If the order has already been fulfilled, cancellation may no longer be possible — but you can still click the button and wait for a cancellation confirmation email.
- If you don’t receive confirmation shortly, please email [email protected] to verify the status.
If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and initiate a return through our Return Center.
