Yes. If you received a Pura Cashmere piece as a gift, you can return it for store credit or exchange through our Returns Portal at puracashmere.loopreturns.com.

You'll need the original order number or the gift recipient's information to start the return. If you don't have it, contact us at [email protected] — we'll help you locate the order.

Refunds to the original payment method aren't available on gift returns — only store credit and exchanges. The original purchaser is not notified.
