We only charge a restocking fee when an item is returned for a refund to the original payment method. The fee is $14.50 and helps cover the cost of inspection, cleaning, repackaging, and payment processing.

Returns made for store credit or exchange are not subject to this fee — and we offer a small bonus credit when you choose store credit, as a thank you for selecting a more sustainable return option.

When you choose Checkout+ during the checkout process part of the benefit is waving the restocking fee incase of a straight refund. It also extends your return window from 21 days to 30.
