All returns go through our Returns Portal:

puracashmere.loopreturns.com

To start:

1. Open the portal and enter your order number plus the email, phone, or ZIP code used at checkout.
2. Choose your outcome — refund, exchange, or store credit.
3. Follow the prompts to print your prepaid label.
4. Pack your return securely (you're responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse) and drop it off.

Returns sent outside the portal will be refused and returned to sender.
