For U.S. and Canadian orders:

Visit our Return Center and follow the step-by-step instructions to generate a prepaid return label.

For international orders (outside of Canada):

Please email [email protected] with your order number and request. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We’ll provide instructions for how and where to send your items.
