How do I track my order?Updated 2 years ago

Pura Cashmere sends orders using either FedEx, USPS or UPS. We insure and track all packages that we ship. 
As soon as your order ships, we will send you or text you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number, which you can click to see the shipments progress. 
There are also two other methods you can use to track your order.

1. Login in to your account on the website and view the order. It will have a linkable tracking # you may click to see its progress.
2. You may also track your order using the customer service chat on the bottom right of any page on our site and follow the onscreen instructions
