Simply enter your order number or tracking number to view its current status.

There are three key shipping stages:

• Pre-Transit – Your order has been received and is being prepared.
• Transit – Your package is on its way. A detailed timeline shows every stop your package has made, updated in real time.
• Delivered – Your package has arrived at its destination.

You’ll receive status updates via your preferred contact method (email or SMS) throughout the process — including when your order ships, is out for delivery, delivered, or if there’s a delay.

If your order ships in multiple packages, the tracking page will clearly show which items are included in each shipment.
