We occasionally offer pre-orders on styles that are in high demand or currently in production. This gives you early access to reserve a piece before it officially arrives.

Here’s how it works:

• If an item is available for pre-order, the product page will clearly display the estimated shipping date
• The Add to Cart button will be replaced with a Pre-Order button
• You’ll also see a “Pre-Order” status near the product title and in your cart at checkout
• The estimated ship date will be included in your order confirmation email

Please note:

• Your return window begins on the date the item ships, not the date of purchase
• Pre-order dates are estimates and subject to minor delays depending on production and transit
