How do Pre-Orders work?Updated 10 months ago

We allow our customers the option of Pre-Ordering our most popular styles up to 30 days before arrival. 

You can tell when an item is a pre-order based on the following:

• The Add to Cart button is changed to the Pre-Order button (light blue circle)
• The status next to the review stars is Pre-Order (red circle)
• Below the Pre-Order button shows the estimated shipping date (purple circle)

In addition, the estimated shipping date will appear in your cart and in the order confirmation email sent to you once the order is placed.

IMPORTANT: The return window for an item that is Pre-Ordered is NOT the date of the order but the Date of the Shipment.
