Each order is eligible for one free exchange transaction within 21 days (two with Checkout+) — meaning we'll send you a prepaid label and you can return everything you'd like to exchange in one shipment.

A few things worth knowing:

• Choosing an exchange closes the refund option on that order. Once you exchange anything from an order, the other items on that order can still be returned for exchange or store credit, but they're no longer eligible for a monetary refund.
• Items received as part of an exchange may be returned for store credit — and can't be exchanged a second time. If your exchanged piece still isn't quite right, store credit gets you full flexibility.
• With Checkout+, you get two free exchange transactions per order — a second shot if your first exchange wasn't quite right.

If you'd like to keep your options open, we recommend choosing store credit instead of an exchange. Store credit doesn't lock you into a specific piece — you can shop the full collection when something new catches your eye.
