My order status is 'delivered' but my order is not here. What do i do?Updated 2 years ago

Sometimes the delivery drivers will mark the package as delivered before actually releasing the package. For these scenarios, we ask that you wait 24-48 hours to see if the package ends up getting delivered. We also ask that you check with your neighbors or check around the outside of your house or apartment building.
