My order status is 'delivered' but my order is not here. What do i do?Updated 7 days ago
It’s not uncommon for a carrier to mark a package as “delivered” just before it actually arrives. In many cases, it arrives within the hour — but it can take up to 24 hours.
If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, we recommend:
- Checking around your property — sometimes packages are left at a side door, garage, or porch
- Asking neighbors or building staff if they may have accepted it on your behalf
- Reviewing your tracking link to ensure the delivery address was entered correctly
