What is SUPIMA™ Cotton?Updated 5 days ago

SUPIMA® Cotton is a superior type of cotton grown exclusively in the United States — prized for its extra-long staple fibers, which make it softer, stronger, and more color-retentive than regular cotton.

Only about 1% of the world’s cotton is SUPIMA®, and its fibers are up to 50% longer than conventional cotton. That added length creates smoother yarns that resist pilling, last longer, and feel better against the skin.

At Pura Cashmere, we use SUPIMA® Cotton in many of our everyday staples because it combines breathable comfort with remarkable durability — ideal for pieces you’ll wear on repeat.

In addition to its quality, SUPIMA® Cotton is responsibly grown and fully traceable from farm to fabric, using less water, fewer chemicals, and regenerative farming practices supported by family-owned farms.
