Information about the return and exchange process

How do I start a return?

We hope that you enjoy the items that you have ordered from Pura Cashmere but, in the event that you don't, we have tried to make the return process as painless and easy as possible. Whether you got the wrong size or you don't like a particular color

What information do I need for a return?

The only information you need to process a return via our return portal is the following; Your order # which can be found on your order confirmation email and on your packing slip AND ONE OF THE FOLLOWING Email Address used on the order Zip Code P

Can I exchange/return a gift?

Yes! You can return a gift for either a store credit in the form of a gift card or exchange the item for another. Please select gift on the return page when exchanging or returning a gift item

How long does an exchange take?

When an exchange is completed in our return system. The replacement item ships as soon as the original item is tracked on it's way back to us. We do this to shorten the wait time our customers have to go through to get the correct item.

How many times can i return/exchange and item?

We offer free return labels on all domestic returns. However, we limit the free return label to one exchange/return per order. If you wish to exchange an item or return it a second time you will be required to pay for the return label.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

All exchanges and store credit returns are free. A restocking fee is only charged on items returned requesting a refund.

How to return a damaged item?

On the rare occasion that your item is damaged, please let us know immediately. Our return policy requires notification within 48 hours of receipt of all damaged goods in order to facilitate an exchange/return. Please send an email and relevant photo
